How do I delete my account?
Open the 911Black app and sign in, then go to Account (passenger) or Profile and tap Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent — your account, saved payment methods, and personal information are removed and cannot be recovered.
Can't access the app? Email us at info@911black.limo and we'll process your deletion request from our end.
Deleting your account removes your profile (name, email, phone number), saved payment methods, and your trip history and wallet balance. Some records — such as those required for tax, fraud-prevention, or legal-compliance purposes — may be retained for a limited period as required by law, then deleted.
